Como se perde o prestigio II

Dear Sirs, As requested for the first time this month, I want to receive, within the next 8 days a new Motorola cell phone upgraded. I think your (worst) Support Service owes me that and this should have been your CRM attitude and answer to me right after the first days of this long process – 2 months!
